Having previously played a variety of different sports ranging from football, rugby and MMA, I finally settled in the sport of powerlifting.
Through this I discovered my passion for the fitness industry and decided this was the career path I wanted to follow.
Through these sports not only have I received a variety of training methods but I also got the chance to deliver these methods myself.
