Having spent 13 years in a demanding Finance job, I understand how challenging it can be to reach your goals in the gym and in the kitchen when you’re always pressed for time!
In my teenage years and early 20s, I was a grossly inactive person living off convenience foods and take-outs – and so over time I piled on the pounds!
My health was deteriorating, and I knew I had to do something about it. So, I joined a gym, hired a PT, and started to educate myself!
After losing three stone in weight and improving my fitness levels, I decided that I wanted to help others to do the same, and along the way I found my passion for training.
Now I am a Nutrition advisor and Personal Trainer with a balanced and sensible approach to both, training and diet, and plenty of tips and tricks to keep you on track despite your never-ending to-do list.
In terms of diet, I am entirely plant-based and through my own first-hand experience can offer specialist advice to vegan clients who want to ensure that they are fuelling their workouts adequately and anyone wanting help when transitioning to a plant-based diet.
