Exercising doesn’t have to be complicated and take up all of your free time. We are all unique, and we have different capabilities, needs and goals.
Not knowing where to start is something that happens frequently in the gym; you are not the only one, stepping outside of your comfort zone can be scary.
We often stick to what we’re most comfortable with; whether it’s signing up for a class or running on the treadmill for 30 minutes a day.
My own transformation didn’t just change my body and appearance, it changed my whole mindset and attitude to life.
Through my own journey and through helping others, I have been able to find different ways to make exercising simple, effective but most importantly, fun and interesting!
