Growing up a sports fanatic I’ve always needed to train to stay on top, now I enjoy helping people to break barriers while making the training exciting and enjoyable. I believe I’m a strong motivator and I take pride in my work.
As a Personal Trainer I plan to step into your world and help you reach your goals on a personal level. Not only will I help you to succeed but I’ll make you feel good about yourself while doing it. So, whether it’s dropping weight, training for a specific sport, body toning or getting that bit stronger I believe I have the right formula to help you.
I’m currently recovering from a long-term injury; I took a lot of time slowly rebuilding myself and my injury has helped me to progress my training further. I would like to help you with your injury and get you through the barriers your facing or could face.
