I played football for years and have loved most sports from a young age. A knee injury brought football to an end, followed by a year of bad food choices and a few too many nights out left me unfit and not in the best of shape. I decided to go to the gym to get moving again and quickly changed from someone who hated the thought of lifting weights to absolutely loving it.
Everyone can achieve their health and fitness goals, all you need is some hard work, dedication, a bit of encouragement and most importantly...knowledge.
