Stephen Bell

I started lifting weights as a New Year Resolution back in January 2006, in an attempt to no longer be the skinny, weak kid with zero confidence I had been throughout my teens and early 20s. Over the following decade I fell in love with training, becoming addicted to bettering myself both physically and mentally through fitness and exercise.

I truly believe that a healthy body and a healthy mind go hand in hand. In early 2018 I took my foot off the gas with my own training and as a result ballooned up to 18 stone/115kg - I was far from happy and knew that changes had to be made. Over the final 6 months of that year, I shed 3 stone/20kg and completed my first ever 10km run.

This encouraged me to start 2019 with a desire to get qualified as a Gym Instructor and Personal Trainer in order to help others improve their life through exercise. With many years spent focusing on strength training, martial arts and most recently fat loss, I feel I have the personal experience and now the certified knowledge required to help anyone achieve their own goals and work towards being fitter, stronger, healthier and happier.
