I have been a qualified Personal Trainer for over 12 years and have worked with a wide range of clientele gaining a wide range of knowledge along the way.
My main areas of expertise are weight loss, body fat reduction, toning and strength training.
I offer 1-2-1 Personal Training along with small group training, on top of this clients will receive nutritional guidance, support and will gain knowledge regarding exercise and its benefits.
I am looking to work with individuals who are self-motivated, dedicated, committed and willing to push yourself.

Monday - 10:00-11:00
Tuesday 10:00-15:00 and 17:00-22:00
Wednesday -06:00-15:00 and 17:00-22:00
Thursday - 10:00-11:00 and 17:00-22:00
Friday - 06:00-15:00
