I haven’t always been into the gym, I used to absolutely hate exercising. In the past I’ve struggled with eating disorders, bad self body image and low self-esteem. I hated my body and abused it with bad nutrition (I’ve tried every fad diet under the sun) and constant partying.


I started going to the gym and over time it helped me to feel stronger not only physically, but mentally too. It made me more confident and taught me that if I put my mind to it, I could achieve anything. I know, first hand what it’s like to have an awful relationship with your body and food and how it can affect your life. I also know that this can be completely turned around and you can live a life free from worrying about these things.


I have a very holistic approach to exercise and nutrition. It’s not just about looking good, I want you to feel great. I want you to fall in love with yourself. As well as being the most experienced trainer here, I’ll teach you how to choose foods which nourish your body and help you feel good on the inside too. I’ll help you create a better relationship with food and with your body. My main goal is to educate you on nutrition and fitness, so you can continue with good habits for the rest of your life. I will support and empower you every step of the way. You’ll also join my community of clients so you’ll have a support network of like-minded people to help support you reach your goal.
