As a young man I was mostly sedentary in my day to day life. I had a passion for sitting on the couch, playing video games and not eating correctly. I decided to make a change and found myself bombarded with fad diets, rumours and people who had the perfect diet for everyone. After losing five stone following a fad diet ending with me looking skinny and gaunt, I decided to do the research to find a better way.
The conclusion I came to is everyone’s different. There is no magic regime that works across the board, the only thing that will work is finding a diet and exercise plan that works for you and the goal you have.
