During my time as an elite international swimmer I was reluctant to lift heavy weights because I did not want to be ‘bulky’. By incorporating a mix of weight training and HIIT training to help build muscle tone, lose body fat and gain strength I now have greater body confidence and would love to help you feel the same.
With a bachelor’s degree in Sport Science as well as 10 years' of experience as an international athlete, I can help you in making positive lifestyle and training changes in a relaxed, fun, and enjoyable environment!
I am very familiar with dedication and am a firm believer that nothing great comes from comfort zones. I will help you see the gym as an exciting place to smash your goals and to be able to feel a great sense of achievement along the way. You should be able to look and feel your best every day, and I am here to help you get that peach to the beach, without having to run for hours on a treadmill or by doing hundreds of squats. Whether you have very little experience in weight training or are just unsure of how to use the machines, I will be here to give you a helping hand.
