Whether you’re here to lose weight, build muscle or just generally become fitter I have the experience required to help you on your way to achieving this. Health and fitness is achievable by everyone and that is the beauty of it, no matter how big or small - experienced or inexperienced. I would specifically tailor all 1-2-1 sessions or detailed training programmes to suit your needs and get the results you are looking for.
I played competitive basketball for almost 10 years alongside football whilst I was younger and would have been willing to give almost any sport a try. However in recent years having suffered from tendinitis in my knees and sciatica which haltered my sporting days I decided to take a different approach and to strengthen my muscles more to prevent further injury longer term. I have also done some injury prevention work alongside Glasgow Warriors as part of my University Degree.
