I started training in the gym because I was looking to better myself, get in better shape and all over feel healthier and stronger.
I was never really into sports but then when I got into working out and lifting weights I could see the results, I felt stronger, I felt better about myself but I also felt like I had accomplished something I never had before and now I want to show you that you can too!
