I am fully qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer, and over the last few years I have set about learning everything I possibly can about training and nutrition.
I specialise in working with clients who are looking to lose weight, build some lean muscle, and generally want to improve their overall body composition.
Personally, I have been through my own body transformation, and now it is my job to help you do the same.
I know what it’s like to have tried every rigid fad diet under the sun, suffered the boring and gruelling gym sessions that have no real structure or purpose. So believe me when I say, you are not alone.
My approach to fitness is flexible, and my ethos is to focus on, and teach you, the fundamental principles that are required for you to reach your goals. This way we can build something that is sustainable, that you can actually stick to this time. We can make fitness a part of your life, it doesn’t need to consume it.
There is a lot of confusing information out there, and during the time we work together I will help you filter out all of the nonsense and teach you exactly what you need to do, and how to do it, so you are fully equipped to reach all of your long term goals.
