Since a young age, I have been dedicated to sport and my passion for training has continuously grown.
I always want to be the best version of myself that I can be, so simply gaining my Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification was not enough. I wanted to develop my knowledge further, so I decided to go to university. During my time at university I studied Sport and Exercise Science (BSc) Hons. I learnt tons but the main thing I learnt was balance. I believe balance is the key to consistency and consistency is the key to results.
Fitness should fit around your lifestyle and not the other way around. While it is not only great for your physical health, it does wonders for your mental health also.
