I have always enjoyed being physically active, and from a young age I was lucky enough to be involved in a good variety of sports. Through the years, I have competed at a high level in both rowing and swimming, and I feel this competitive edge transfers well into a gym setting.
I have worked in the fitness industry for around six years and I have a passion for trying new things and striving to be the best version of myself. As a committed Personal Trainer, I feel it is important to find what makes people tick in order to implement an effective programme. I offer my clients constant motivation and support in order to reach their personal goals and make sure their sessions are interesting and targeted at what they would like to achieve.
Personal Training is not just about what you can lift, or how fast you can run – it’s also about confidence, self-belief and having fun. My mission is to get people fit in a fun and friendly environment and to challenge how they feel about their so-called limitations.
The first step is often the hardest – but please feel free to approach me on the gym floor for advice (or just a chat!) – I promise I won’t bite!
