Hi, my name's Ethan,
Since a very early age I have always been into sports and wellbeing. I have played a variety of sports over my 23 years my favourites being football, rugby and sprinting. I am a great believer in if you feel good physically and also you feel good mentally you can achieve anything if you put your mind to it.
So even if it’s your first time walking into a gym or onto a field to play sports you should have no fear as it’s an opportunity for you to push yourself to be and feel the best version of yourself.
Using my sports skills both from team and individual experiences I now want to help others on their journey as it gives me satisfaction helping others and seeing the enjoyment people get from taking part in physical activity.
