My name is Connor, and a few years ago, I was just like you...
I started my transformation weighing roughly 231lbs of almost pure fat and hating the way I looked. My self-image affected me so much to the point I felt extremely self-conscious, unconfident, and always worried about what people thought of me.
After months of trying everything I knew about weight loss, training 5-6 days a week, eating “clean”, and doing enough cardio to run around the world and back...constantly battling the grind, hunger, and the last of my will power, I checked my weight and instantly felt like a failure!
I had been giving my all for little to no results, yet after a few weeks of feeling sorry for myself, decided to give it one last shot and find the true answer to fast and sustainable weight loss.
And what I eventually found out blew my mind...
I found out that the traditional “eat less & move more” method was majorly flawed and that there is a faster and more effective way to achieve my weight loss goals.
After implementing and tweaking this new method, in only 12 short weeks I lost over 50lbs and felt better than ever...
And I did all of this:
Without starving myself, without giving up my favourite foods, and without spending hours in the gym.
Since then my mission has been to help as many people as I can break free from all the lies the fitness industry has been telling us for years and reveal the true answer to fast and sustainable weight loss.
