Fit, healthy and happy - three things that go hand in hand for me.
Overweight in my early teens, I chose to go down a path that has changed my life forever. I faced the challenges and struggles that are involved in trying to achieve your goals but I also know the rewards and sense of achievement you get when you smash your targets.
When teaching others I strive to share my knowledge, helping you gain the confidence to train, become fit, healthy and most of all happy. This is why I became a Personal Trainer.
I am not only there to teach but to learn. Everyone is different in their own unique way. For me the ability to connect and learn about you as an individual, allows myself to create workouts/programmes that are not only going to challenge but bring a personalised style.
