Hi, I'm Chris and I am an Honours graduate from the University of Stirling in Sports and Exercise Science, a passionate Personal Trainer, creator of The Body MOT Test© and the founder of The School Of Movement©.

I will focus on you to give you the freedom and framework to become the person you truly want to be. I offer 1-2-1 or small group PT and cater to all levels of fitness and experience.
