I have been a fully qualified level 3 Personal Trainer for five years specialising in weight loss and body sculpting.
I was once 28.5 stone, unhealthy and unfit, so I understand the fears and difficulties my clients may face starting a fitness programme.
I have studied nutrition at great length and will tailor a nutrition plan based on your needs which will help you get the best results based on your needs.
My background is in performance-based training, Strength and conditioning, powerlifting and Olympic weightlifting these are fantastic for developing a stronger fitter body as well as giving the added benefits of making you look better allowing you to be more functional in your daily life.
I offer 1-2-1 bespoke training plans, tailored to enable you to reach your fitness goals and aspirations. In addition weekly or bi-weekly weight and measurement checks which will ensure I can adjust your programme to suit.
