I am a working mum with two children and a fully qualified Level 3 Diploma Personal Trainer. I am a keen athlete, regularly competing for my athletics club, having completed five London Marathons with a best time of 3 hours 22 minutes.
I am passionate about my role as a Personal Trainer and helping clients achieve their goals, whether that is their first 5k race, achieving that dress size, losing weight for a special occasion or looking to improve their overall fitness.
I will motivate and support my clients, helping you every step of the way to succeed in meeting and exceeding your goals!
