Hello, I'm Andres.
With five years' experience as a Personal Trainer/Coach, my job is to help people achieve their fitness goals whether they're losing body fat or gaining strength, improving their lifestyle and overcoming confidence barriers.
I know training in a gym and changing your lifestyle can be a daunting challenge, but with over 2000 hours of one-to-one Personal Training experience, I know that it's a case of educating and working around problems to find individual solutions.
I specialise in fat loss through a mixture of strength, interval and circuit training using free weights, resistance machines and cardiovascular machines, as well as the great outdoors.
My philosophy is to educate each client how to correctly exercise and make better and healthier choices with their nutrition and lifestyle. Teaching people allows a fit and healthy lifestyle to be lived beyond the course of Personal Training.
