Adam is a Personal Trainer made of passion. Working out to achieve the superior physique and superhuman strength is what he’s all about. He became a Personal Trainer in 2016 with a mission to help as many people as he can to live the dream. Having a PT in lvl 2 and lvl 3 currently, and slowly building up to his full level 4 diploma by FutureFit!
He specialises in bodybuilding. He takes rest times to the minimum delivering intense workout and making every training session incredibly fun and challenging by pushing you to the very edge to best yourself!
Powerlifting is another area where Adam is super interested in, possibly the most interested. Are you looking to put on insane strength within just a few months and breaking PRs every week? In this case Adam is the right choice for you!
However if you are like Adam, and you want to build both a great looking body and build strength then you are in luck! With his “Powerbuilding” approach you always start the session off with new PRs and end on an insane pump and a huge amount of calories burned!
However as good and important this all sounds, it would be nothing without proper nutrients! Adam loves to eat food, like everyone else he is also human, but this doesn’t stop him from enjoying his favourite food (milky bar) once in a while. It’s all about sacrifice and moderation!
“We have access to the healthiest foods we ever had and yet the world population is 30% overweight” Is a major motivation point for Adam, he’s out on a mission to change as many people's lives for the best as possible.
