How do I freeze my membership?
You won’t pay whilst your gym is closed and there is nothing for you to do.
We have frozen all PureGym memberships. This means that we have suspended your normal direct debit payments and these will not restart until your club reopens.
How long will my membership be frozen?
All memberships will remain frozen until we reopen your club.
What if I’m not ready to come back to the gym?
You can freeze your membership for 1 or 2 months, until you are ready to come back. We've made it really easy to freeze, please follow these steps;
- Log into your Member’s Area here
- Select the ‘profile’ tab
- Scroll down to the ‘FREEZE YOUR MEMBERSHIP’ section and select the drop down
- Follow the instructions to freeze
For gyms in Scotland, Wales and any gyms that are not yet open, you will be able to freeze your membership closer to when your gym reopens. We will be in touch shortly.
