How do I cancel my Direct Debit monthly membership?
We understand that not everyone is ready to return to the gym just yet.
That’s why you can freeze your membership for a little longer, for 1 or 2 months, until you are ready to come back.
We’ve made it really easy to freeze, please follow these steps;
- Log into your Member’s Area here
- Select the ‘profile’ tab
- Scroll down to the ‘FREEZE YOUR MEMBERSHIP’ section and select the drop down
- Follow the instructions to freeze
For gyms in Scotland, Wales and any gyms that are not yet open, you will be able to freeze your membership closer to when your gym reopens. We will be in touch shortly.
If you still wish to cancel your direct debit monthly membership, all you need to do is cancel your direct debit directly with the bank, at least 3 - 4 working days before your next payment is due.
